Shipping Policy
•Shipping Origin: Orders are shipped from our international logistics centers.
•Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery generally takes between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. These times are indicative only and are not guaranteed.
•Order Tracking: A detailed tracking number will be sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.
•Address Responsibility: The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the provided delivery address. In case of an incorrect or incomplete address resulting in re-shipping costs or loss of package, these additional costs will be borne by the Customer.
Return and Refund Policy
•Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal.
•Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return and refund, the product must imperatively be returned in its original condition: unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original undamaged packaging. Any product opened, used, or with damaged packaging will not be eligible for a refund for hygiene and safety reasons.
•Refund Procedure: The refund will be processed within fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt and verification of the conformity of the returned product by the Seller. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
