Terms and Conditions of Sale
Article 1 – Customer Commitment and Validity of Terms
Any order placed on this website implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs). The Customer acknowledges having read and understood these terms before validating their purchase. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any transaction in the event of a manifest pricing error, display malfunction, or technical bug, to ensure the fairness of the transaction.
Article 2 – Product Nature and Responsibility of Use
The items offered are intended exclusively for cosmetic and aesthetic use. While described with the utmost precision, visuals and illustrations are indicative only and have no contractual value. The Customer is solely responsible for verifying the compatibility of the products with their own sensitivities (allergies, skin type). The Seller disclaims all liability for any skin reaction or non-compliant use. These products are not medicines and cannot substitute professional medical advice.
Article 3 – Order Process and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding delivery costs. Payment is due in full at the time of order. The Seller uses secure payment platforms and never has access to Customers' private banking details. In the event of product unavailability after purchase, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer and proceed with a full refund or offer an alternative.
Article 4 – Shipping, Delivery, and Tracking of Packages
Delivery times are provided as estimates and do not constitute a firm commitment to results. The Customer must ensure the accuracy of their delivery address. The Seller cannot be held responsible for input errors by the Customer or delays caused by carriers and customs services.
In the event a package is marked as "delivered" but not received, the Customer has 14 days to report it. A carrier investigation will then be opened, which may last up to 35 days. No refund will be issued before the closure of this investigation. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-collection, re-shipping costs will be borne by the Customer. Some products may be shipped from international logistics centers without affecting their quality.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
In accordance with legislation, the Customer has 14 days after receipt to request a return. To be eligible, the product must be sealed, unused, and in its original undamaged packaging. For obvious hygiene reasons, any opened or tested product cannot be refunded. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Article 6 – Fraud Prevention and Payment Disputes
The Seller takes fraud very seriously. Any chargeback or bank dispute initiated without prior contact with our customer service and without allowing a reasonable processing time (minimum 2 business days) may be considered abusive. The Seller reserves the right to provide banking institutions with all proof of delivery and acceptance of the T&Cs to contest such requests.
Article 7 – Force Majeure and Applicable Law
The Seller is released from its obligations in the event of force majeure (disasters, strikes, pandemics, customs blockages). These T&Cs are subject to the law of the Seller's country of residence. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
